Narrative Description of Project: The salary survey covered at least 10 comparator employers who are local employers like multilateral donor agencies, multilateral development banks, international NGOs, foreign embassies and diplomatic missions, development projects under bilateral and multilateral economic cooperation, representing cross sections of economic sectors like health, energy, transports, private sector development, etc. The consultant undertook bench marking of the positions (Senior Program Manager and Office Secretary) based on certain basic parameters. Thereafter, the salary survey concluded with a recommendation on competitive salary structure based on the analysis on the representative number of development partners’ office and major NGOs.
