| Narrative Description of Project: The Small Projects Facility (SPF) Program of the European Commission to disburse Euro 3.0 trade related capacity building grants to local research institute, media organizations, training institute, trade and business associations and chambers of commerce and universities to undertake research in four identified areas. YC was responsible to implement the programme through providing information dissemination and promotion services.Actual services provided by YC were- Preparation of the detailed project implementation plan, Identified and prepared the list of prospective institutional participants, Prepared and sent invitation letters to a large number of invitees all over the country, Organized a number of information sessions and workshops in Dhaka and Chittagong, one session was attended by more than 550 participants, Arranged media coverage for both electronic and print media for the project related information and coverage, Designed project logo and created a brand of SPF program using this logo, Designed highly quality multi-color project Folder, Brochure (both English and Bengali Version), Handbook, letterhead, note books, Designed and produced multi-color digital banner using project logo and thematic, festoons, Developed theme designed and produced multimedia presentation on the project\n | |
