Currently, YC is implementing the institutional capacity-building project for BEZA and establishment of One Stop Services (OSS) Centre, funded by JICA, in association with leading Japanese experts that entails extensive policy research, policy formulation, SOPs. YC is also involved in implementing two Japanese ODA loan projects (Two-step Loan of FDI Promotion Project of Bangladesh Bank and Energy Efficiency and Conservation Promotion Finance Project of BIFFL) in consortium with the Japanese consulting firms
