The objective of the IDCOL Biogas Program is to develop and disseminate domestic biogas plants with the ultimate goal of establishing a sustainable and commercial biogas sector in Bangladesh. The program is being implemented in all the districts of Bangladesh. Responsibilities under the project include overall supervision and coordination of the Project. Young Consultants in association with UPM Environment Project Management was assigned to accomplish the project in 2 years.
