Anti-Corruption Policy

At Young Consultants (YC) we do what is right. Acting with integrity is critical to ensuring our success and protecting our reputation as we strive to advance the realm of management consultancy in Bangladesh and beyond. Our Code establishes the principles—fundamental elements that define who we are and how we build and maintain trust—that guide how we live our firm’s purpose, mission, and values every day. It is representative of our commitment and obligation to our clients, to our communities, and to one another. It builds upon the expectation that we comply with all laws and regulations.
We are grounded in our purpose, mission, and values,
our shared commitment to our clients, our communities and to each other is the foundation of everything we do that drives our firm’s culture.
Bangladesh has a legal framework to fight corruption, anchored by the Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2004, the National Integrity Strategy (NIS) 2012 and various laws covering money laundering, procurement and public interest disclosure. YC rigorously adheres to these laws in order to maintain transparency, acceptability and reputation intended for all present and future clients.
