The European Commission launched a programme titled “Asia Invest II” for promoting Euro-Asian business co-operation, helping in particular European and Asian SMEs in their internationalization process, thus increasing the opportunities for mutual trade and investment. The Asia Invest Programme promoted Euros-Asian business co-operation, in particular among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Under the Asia Invest Programme, Young Consultants arranged grants for 3 (three) renowned trade bodies of Bangladesh, representing RMG (BGMEA), Frozen Foods (BFFEA) and Housing Sectors of Bangladesh (REHAB) to support their SMEs.
