JICA Bangladesh Office engaged Young Consultants (YC) to conduct a Fact-Finding Survey on an Agriculture Finance and Agricultural Technical Assistance Program in Bangladesh to achieve the following objectives:

• Analyze the sub-sectors and regions with the highest demand for assistance
• Find out the agricultural and financial needs of small and marginal farmers, and small-scale agribusiness enterprises
• Collect and analyze data/information on agricultural finance and training programs
• Collect and analyze data/information on lessons on linking finance programs with trainings.
