Management and Implementation of “Euro Builders: EU–Bangladesh Cooperation in the Construction, Housing and Real Estate Sector”

Young Consultants (YC) was engaged by the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) to manage and implement the “Euro Builders” project, funded under the European Commission’s Asia-Invest Programme. The project aimed to strengthen economic cooperation and foster business partnerships between Bangladeshi and European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the construction, housing, and real estate sectors.

YC identified and assessed prospective SMEs to support business networking and international collaboration. The firm organized trade missions from Bangladesh to Europe and coordinated incoming trade missions from Europe to Bangladesh, creating opportunities for businesses to explore potential partnerships and expand commercial relationships.

The assignment also involved organizing networking meetings, business matchmaking events, seminars, and workshops between Bangladeshi and European business delegates. YC facilitated visits to international trade fairs in Europe to help participating enterprises explore market opportunities and establish business connections.

To ensure the effective implementation of project activities, YC arranged logistical support, including visa processing, air tickets, accommodation, meals, local transportation, and field trips. The firm also prepared and submitted quarterly, midterm, and final reports in accordance with the European Commission’s reporting requirements.
