• Undertook a field survey and collected data (both primary and secondary) on
the market prospects of apartment housing on the outskirts of Dhaka City.
• Conducted personalized and face-to face interviews of multi-sector people.
• Prepared a detailed feasibility study report providing financial, economic,
marketing, technical, socio-economic and environmental aspects of the project
