the institutional capacity building of the Bangladesh Foreign Trade Institute (BFTI)
that covers:

• Management aspects, including an organizational structure for BFTI
• Optimum staff size for the institute
• Job descriptions for all key positions
• Salary and benefits structure
• Management and operational guidelines for BFTI
• Financial aspects, i.e. suggested future long-term investment and required resources for creating training and research infrastructure, and projection of cash flow for the next 3 years
• Estimating annual staff salary and benefits
• Marketing and promotional aspects
• Identifying the means of finances for the institute
