Salary and Benefits Survey for KfW Dhaka Office

Young Consultants (YC) conducted the Salary and Benefits Survey for the KfW Dhaka Office to assess prevailing salary structures and employee benefits among comparable organizations in Bangladesh. The assignment aimed to establish a competitive and evidence-based compensation structure by benchmarking selected positions, including Senior Program Manager and Office Secretary, against relevant local employers and development organizations.

The survey covered at least 10 comparator employers, including multilateral donor agencies, multilateral development banks, international NGOs, foreign embassies and diplomatic missions, and development projects under bilateral and multilateral economic cooperation. The assessment represented organizations operating across various economic sectors, including health, energy, transport, and private sector development. YC collected and analyzed current market salary data, assessed organizational variations in compensation and benefits, and developed recommendations for a competitive salary structure appropriate for the KfW Dhaka Office.
