In order to deepen the understanding of
the employment situation of the youth in Bangladesh, JICA Research Institute
(hereafter, JICA-RI) aimed to examine the job preferences among the youth both
before and after entering into the labor market. Young Consultants was assigned
to conduct a survey on 2,500 students from public and private universities, and
NGO workers from 5 divisions of Bangladesh.
