YC has acquired specialized expertise and a unique capacity in conducting research and survey through data collection on specific areas including agriculture sector. Its operations specifically encompass consulting for EZ development, enterprise capacity building through business process re-engineering, research and analysis of trade and investment policies, regulatory reforms, economic and financial modelling, access to finance and venture capital sourcing, mapping of SME clusters and NGOs involved in agriculture sector, advisory services for energy efficiency and renewable energy practices at industry level, etc. YC’s expertise covered area like industrial solutions addressing the unique challenges of its clients’ industries and business and service solutions through gathering experienced human resources and specialists for providing corporate strategies. YC also developed network with local and global firms and acquired intrinsic values and unique business practices help to ensure success at local and global level.
